  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • half a cucumber
  • a small bunch of fresh rosemary leaves removed apart from the end
  • a good glug of olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • a small bunch of fresh thyme leaves picked
  • 6 good quality pork and leek sausages
  • 150 g of natural low fat yoghurt
