  • 4 slices (about 2 ozs) prosciutto
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 6 ozs romaine hearts, leaves torn in half
  • 1 oz Pecorino Romano cheese, shaved
