3 cardamom pods , bashed

400.0ml tin coconut milk

1 green chilli , roughly chopped

3 cm piece root ginger , peeled and roughly chopped

300.0g basmati rice

1 lemon , zested and juiced

2 garlic cloves , roughly chopped

1 small bunch coriander , chopped

LEMON RICE

1.0 tsp ground coriander

2 onions , roughly chopped

1.0 tsp turmeric

1.0 tsp ground cumin
