2 teaspoons tahini

2 teaspoons lime juice

1 teaspoon grated fresh lime peel

1/4 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 multigrain wraps

2 carrots, grated, about 1 cup

1 cup thinly sliced cucumber

1/2 cup jarred sliced roasted red pepper

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
