4.0 tbsp soft brown sugar

splash Thai fish sauce or low-salt soy sauce

1 head broccoli , cut into small florets

1 red pepper , deseeded and sliced

200.0g cooked fozen prawns , defrosted

2.0 tbsp Thai red curry paste (we used Bart's)

1.0 tbsp vegetable oil

half a 250g pack baby sweetcorn , halved lengthways
