1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup red wine

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 eggs

3/4 cup chopped green onions

3/4 cup chopped fresh dill

3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers

1/3 cup matzo meal

2 cloves garlic , minced

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ground cardamom , (or 1/4 tsp/1 mL ground cloves)

1 lb lean ground lamb
