2 pounds ahi tuna

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano

1/2 habanero chile or 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely minced

1 red onion, very thinly sliced

1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into 1/3-inch dice

1 mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/3-inch dice

3 plum (roma) tomatoes, halved, seeded and cut into 1/3-inch dice (no need to peel)

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

Salt and freshly ground pepper
