1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup smooth cashew butter

1 tablespoon psyllium

1/4 cup blackstrap molasses

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup pure maple syrup (I prefer the dark kind)
