Ingredients for 8 servings

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 flour tortillas or corn tortillas , quartered (I use flour)

1/3 soup can water

1 (7 ounce) can salsa (or 1 cup of salsa)

1 (7 ounce) can chopped mild green chilies

6 chicken breasts , cooked and cubed (or about 6 cups cooked, cubed chicken or turkey, white or dark meat)

1 small onion , chopped

2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup nonfat sour cream
