I assembled this the night before with all ingredients except the tater tots. Simply add the frozen tots in the morning and bake as directed. Yum! Had rave reviews from guests.

1 16-oz. package ground pork breakfast sausage

1 green pepper, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

1 8-oz. package fresh sliced mushrooms

12 eggs

1 10.75-oz. can condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup

1 ¼ cups milk

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 32-oz. package frozen potato rounds

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
