1 clove garlic

2 anchovies

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp fresh

juice from one lemon (about 1/4 cup juice)

1/3 cup olive oil (I used the freshly pressed olive oil I mentioned above, from my friend Elizabeth. It was extraordinary!)
