1/3 C + 2 tbsp whole wheat flour

1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2 C c granulated sugar

1/4 C + 2 Tbsp 50/50 butter blend spread (we used Smart Balance)

2 tbsp molasses

1 lg egg white

2/3 C confectioners' sugar

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
