1 cup Stonyfield Lowfat Plain Yogurt

2-3 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil

Fresh ground pepper to taste and for garnish

small skewers, about 4 inches long

½ tsp. sea salt, or to taste

1 tbs. apple cider vinegar

1 tbs. apple cider

2 tbs. whiskey

1½ tbs. dried oregano

1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half

6 oz . gouda cheese, cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch cubes
