1/4 cup fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons

2 x large eggs, room temperature

3/4 x liquid cup honey

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup cake flour

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground ginger
