225 grams chooped chocolate

150 grams chooped chocolate

170 grams brown sugar

2 eggs

125 grams oatmeal

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

235 grams flour

340 grams chooped chocolate



The first thing you do is measure up all the ingredients, and template the oatmeal using a rod mixer. It’s not a big deal if you don’t do this but then you will see it in the cookies. And preheat the oven to 180 degrees.


I use a mixer for this since it’s kind of a “heavy” dough. So i pour roomtemped butter, brown sugar and sugar into the bowl and mix this a minute or so, scrape the sides with a spatula and mix it a little again.


Add one egg and let it mix 2 minutes befor adding the second one.


Then you mix the flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda in a bowl and add it in the mixer.


Mix it a minute or so, scrape the sides, and mix about 2 more minutes.


Then last but not least the chocolate! Mix it for about a minute or so.


Use a cookie scoop to make small/big scoops of dough on a plate. Make sure there is enough room between the scoops as the cookies smears under cooking.


The cooking time depends on how big you make them. They are supposed to be at least a bit brown on the edge. Mine was in approximately 13 minutes. So you should check on your cookies after 10 minutes.
