Ingredients for 6 servings

1 lb  turkey

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup pesto sauce

1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs

1  egg white

1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients,

Divide in half and shape 2 loaves onto a baking sheet

The secret is to name it on a baking sheet which allows hot air to circulate around meat

Cook at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
