6 Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz bag frozen shelled edamame (2 1/3 cups), unthawed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsps minced fresh basil plus sprigs for garnish

Added a bit of tahini & served with sweet potato chips. Really good! The girls loved it.
