Hey there, just throing some advice there. Your recipe souds great specially the inside! But the reason it's a mess to eat (as you said in your blog)!its because real tacos dorados (fried kind) you have to rolled them up like the picture I put, with a wooden thooth pick so they hold the form while frying. And the cheese and salsa may go as a toping, I hope you try it out some time so it will make things a lot easier :D as the inside you can try putting almost anything, my favourite are fried cheese tacos!!! Ingredients for 8 servings

16 whole Corn Tortillas (small Size)

4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Pieces

Salt, Cumin, Chili Powder To Taste (or Use Taco Seasoning)

2 tbsp Canola Oil

2 cans 4 Ounce Diced Green Chilies

1 1/2 cup Finely Grated Cheese (cheddar Or Cheddar/jack Mix)

Sour Cream

Hot Sauce (Chulula Or Other Brand)

2 cups Thinly Sliced Romaine Lettuce (or Any Lettuce)

4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced

Canola Oil, For Frying Tacos
