1 navel orange

1 lemon

¾ cup currants

Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice

FOR THE DOUGH:

2 cups bread flour

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup milk, warmed to 105° F

1 ½ tsp. active dry yeast

2 tsp. kosher salt

2 eggs, at room temperature

3 oz. unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 cup candied citrus dried fruit mix

FOR THE GLAZE:

¼ cup orange marmalade

FOR THE CROSS:

¼ cup confectioners sugar
