2 8.5 ounce boxes corn bread muffin mix (I use Jiffy)

3 T. Olive Oil

2 cups chopped onion

2 cups chopped celery

2 cups chopped carrots

2 Tbsp. fresh, chopped sage

1 cup dried cranberries

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup FF lower sodium chicken broth, plus extra for moistening, if necessary.
