1 x leafy stem of cilantro (optional)

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

2 x jalapenos, sliced

1/4 cup Cilantro

Juice of one lime

1/2 cup Cream

Salt, black pepper, cayenne and cumin to taste

1 cup Cornmeal

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 x eggs

1/2 cup Buttermilk

1 tbsp melted butter

1 x jalapeno, finely diced

2 tbsp minced cilantro
