2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 pints (approximately 1 cup) fresh raspberries

2 oz. (about 1/4 cup) sugar

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 oz. (about 1/4 cup) heavy cream

1 teaspoon sugar
