300.0g pack straight-to-wok noodles

thumb-sized piece of fresh root ginger , peeled and grated

3.0 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

2.0 tbsp soy sauce

25.0g roasted peanuts , roughly chopped

3.0 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

handful basil leaves
