  • 2 chicken breasts, halved
  • 2 Tbsps poppy seeds
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cleaned and cut in half
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 4-6 cups baby spinach
