1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 (14-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium beef broth

1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
