Ingredients

4 cloves garlic

Juice and zest of 1 lime

1 package of wonton wrappers

Dipping sauce

2 cloves of garlic mashed to paste with 1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 fresh red or green chili 2-inches in length seeded and minced (wear gloves) or 1/4 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes

1 tsp. ginger, minced

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

2 tsp. cilantro, finely chopped

3 tbs. cream cheese

2 tbs. scallion, chopped

2 tbs. cilantro, finely chopped

2 tbs. water

2 tbs. sugar

1 cup Stonyfield Farm Fat Free Plain yogurt

1 cup cooked white rice

1/2 cup Stonyfield Farm Fat Free Plain yogurt

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 lb. medium sized raw shrimp (16-20 pieces)
