1/2 garlic clove

2 tablespoons pine nuts

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese

1 (1-ounce) package fresh basil, stems removed (about 1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves)

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1/2 cup)

1/2 cup cubed potatoes (1/4-inch cubes)
