Ingredients

1 large package chicken breasts (3 1/2 lbs. or so-equal to 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken)

4 Cups frozen corn kernals (pay a bit extra for supersweet kernals-they're worth it)

4 oz. bacon cut into 1" bits (6 strips or so)

1 large onion, minced fine (about 2 Cups)

3 celery stalks, minced (about 1 1/2 Cups)

2 TURKISH BAY LEAVES

1 tsp. THYME LEAVES

1/2 tsp. HUNGARIAN SWEET PAPRIKA

3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed (3 Cups)

4 TB. flour

6 Cups chicken stock

1 tsp. salt (omit if stock is salted)

1/2 tsp. freshly ground BLACK PEPPER

1 TB. PARSLEY FLAKES
