300 g frozen sliced rice cakes

16 x frozen home-made mandu

200 g beef brisket

2 x cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp fish sauce

1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper

1 1/2 tsp beef dashida

1 x egg, lightly beaten

1 x spring onion, finely sliced

2 x eggs, lightly beaten

2 sheets toasted seasoned Korean nori sheets
