Ingredients for 4 servings

1 lb fresh shrimp

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

4 tumeric leaves

1/4 cup lime juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 cup hummus

Preparation

1.

Peel and devein shrimp

2.

Place shrimp in saucepan with 2 cups water, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and cilantro

3.

Boil shrimp on medium high ( note: water will foam quickly, so continue to stir)

4.

Once shrimp are pink, remove sauce pan from heat

5.

Spread hummus on tumeric leaves

6.

Place shrimp onto leaves and roll up
