1/4 cup strawberry jam or currant jelly

1 teaspoon orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla


1 ripe small banana , sliced

1 peach , peeled and diced (or 1 cup diced thawed frozen sliced peaches)

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
