Ingredients for 4 servings

Chicken thigh: 8 slices

Sliced ginger:8

Scallion :4

Chinese spices /Anise: some

Cooking wine : 3/4 cup

Salt: 4 big tea spoon

Garlic powder:some

Red pepper powder:some

Sliced scallion:some

Sesame oil : some

Preparation

1.

Water boil chicken with 8 sliced ginger+4 scallion and some Chinese spices /Anise for 40 minutes.

2.

Mix 3/4 cup cooking wine and 4 big tea spoon salt then pour them on the chickens.

3.

Leave and wait for 15 minutes.

4.

mix with red pepper powder,garlic powder and sesame oil.

5.

Serve with sliced scallion and enjoy!
