Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 tbsp dark sesame oil

150 g kimchi, liquid drained

1 x spring onion, finely sliced

2 x eggs

kimchi jigae

100 g pork rump, diced

2 x garlic cloves, crushed

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

350 g kimchi

2 cups water

1/2 tsp gochugaru

1 tsp gochujjang
