i didn't go to the link, others commented it goes nowhere, so i just threw all the ingredients (except the cheese) into a bowl and mixed together. i really liked it, will definately put this into our weekly recipe rotation

1 cup of chopped kale

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced)

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese

Sea salt and black pepper
