Ingredients for 4 servings

1-2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/8 lb butter

1-1 1/2 red bell peppers (use only fresh peppers, not frozen)

1/2 medium yellow onion

1 lb pre-cooked shrimp

8-12 ounces angel hair pasta or pasta , of your choice

2 teaspoons creole seasoning

1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

3-4 garlic , gloves to taste

3-4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon pepper (use the kind without salt)

2 tablespoons chicken base (paste) or 4 bullion cubes in an 8-quart stock pot filled 3/4 with water

15 ounces alfredo sauce
