1 rounded teaspoon ground cumin

cayenne pepper, to taste

sea or Kosher salt, to taste

vegetable oil, for frying

shredded lettuce

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed

1 tablespoon fresh or 1 and 1/2 teaspoons dried dill

sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped and mashed into a paste with a little salt

1 /2 cup tahini

1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Kosher salt, to taste

1 teaspoon active dry yeast
