2-inch ginger (peeled and cut into thin long strips)

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoon cooking oil

3 dashes white pepper powder

Salt to taste (optional)
