2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 pieces filet scrod fish

12 kalamata olives , pitted and chopped

2 garlic cloves , chopped

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon capers , rinsed and drained

1 medium onion , chopped

28 ounces canned plum tomatoes , drained, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon oregano

1/4 cup fresh basil (or 2 teaspoons dried)
