Gluten Free Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients for 12 servings

1 can black beans

1/2 cup oats

2 tbsps cocoa powder

pinch salt

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup  unsweetened apple sauce

2 tsps vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp espresso

Preparation

1.

Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips into a food processor and mix until very smooth. About 3 minutes. Add chocolate chips and pulse to combine.

Grease muffin pan with coconut oil. Pour brownie mix almost to the top of each muffin well. Top each brownie with a couple chocolate chips for decoration.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Try not to eat just one ;)
