2 cups jasmine rice, cooked

Herbs - A handful Italian parsley, dill, green onion, a knob of ginger

A handful of watercress

A dozen asparagus spears, tips only

A cup of green peas

Olive oil

Coarse sea salt

Freshly cracked pepper

Optional: Red chili flakes
