2-14 oz packages dried figs (crown or string), hard ends trimmed

10 oz pitted dates

1 cup golden raisins

10 oz glace' cherries

4 oz candied pineapple

2 teaspoons cinnamon

3/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon cloves

One whole orange, cut into chunks

Zest of one orange

1/2 cup cherry preserves

2 cups pecans, toasted and chopped

2 cups almonds, toasted and chopped

1/4 cup honey

Cookie Dough

Glaze, optional

2 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, cut into 32 cubes

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 oz cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 tablespoons whole milk

Powdered sugar

Sprinkles, optional
