1/2 teaspoon baking powder

applesauce

pineapple , crushed and well drained

3 teaspoons cinnamon (optional depending on 'add ins' you use)

marmalade (reduce sugar to 1 cup)

pumpkin

raisins

raspberries

1 teaspoon baking soda

zucchini , grated and drained

1 cup vegetable oil

cherries , pitted and chopped

dates , chopped

apricot , chopped

3 eggs

apple , grated

fig , chopped

yams, cooked and mashed

2 cups fruit
