1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped preserved lemon or 1 tablespoon fine lemon zest + more for garnish

3 tablespoons tahini

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Sweet or hot paprika, for garnish
