1 1/2 cups canned low-sodium chicken broth, undiluted

3 ounces Neufcha@Gtel cheese, cut into cubes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
