1 cup frozen corn kernels

14.5 oz. can chicken broth

28 oz. can crushed tomatoes in sauce

1 large eggplant

1 med onion

2 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp dried basil

1 Tbsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

10-15 cranks fresh ground black pepper
