Great recipe! A new twist on a classic. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. The pine nuts are a great touch. I would cut the potatoes into smaller bite-sized pieces, too.

I made this - it turned out great!! Next time I would just make sure to cut the potatoes to bite size pieces.
