12 large basil leaves

A generous handful of spinach leaves

6 ounces SCHARFFEN BERGER 62% semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Hot Fudge Sauce (optional, recipe follows)

1/2 cup SCHARFFEN BERGER unsweetened cocoa powder

5 ounces SCHARFFEN BERGER 72% bittersweet chocolate, chopped

8 tablespoons (4 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into chunks

1 cup half-and-half
