I thought the 15 drogs of stevia was too much and made it bitter. However, great consistency and I'd do it again without the stevia. The topping was good but think I'd have to get used to the texture. Coconut flour has an interesting texture but I did like the flavor.

3/4 cup (3oz) JK Gourmet almond flour

1/3 cup buckwheat flour

3/4 cup egg whites

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup almond milk

20 drops Vanilla NuNaturals Stevia (or 1 TBSP sweetener of choice)

1/2 cup egg whites

1/4 tsp cream of tarter

3 TBSP coconut flour

6 TBSP almond milk

15 drops Vanilla NuNaturals Stevia
