  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp ginger root
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch scallions, whites and dark green separated
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 12-oz bag Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 8-oz bag bean sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps Hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • low carb or whole wheat tortillas to serve
