Ingredients for 2 servings

2 fillets of halibut or any white fish of your choice.

2 cups of breadcrumbs

1 tbsp of dried chilli flakes

1 large egg

olive oil

5 sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into strips

2 tbsp chilli flakes

Rock salt

3 tbsp skinny mayonaise

1/2 cup Crème fraiche

3 sprigs of fresh dill

2 tbsp capers

1/2 a fist full of fresh chives

3 or 4 cornichons (little gerkhins) & a tbsp of the juice from the jar

Juice of half a lemon
